How to request a refund

1. Contact us through our contact page within 60 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a short note on what went wrong.
3. We'll reply with the next steps, including whether the item needs to be sent back and how.

Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show it.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.

Lifetime Warranty

Tools that came with our Lifetime Warranty are also covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. The warranty is in addition to this 60-day guarantee.
