Put your Qevura tool to work for 60 days. If it doesn't earn its place in your toolbox, you get your money back.

1. Contact us through our contact page within 60 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a short note on what went wrong.
3. We'll reply with the next steps, including whether the item needs to be sent back and how.

Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show it.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Break it. Wear it out. We send you a new one. The only cost is a $20 shipping and handling fee per replacement wrench. The new tool itself is free.

What's covered

• Breaks, cracks or snaps
• Wear and tear from normal or heavy use
• Damage on the job, including accidents

What's not covered

• Lost or stolen tools
• Tools not bought from Qevura

Who it applies to

The original buyer of an Offset Extension that came with the Lifetime Warranty (included free with the Buy 3 bundle). It can't be transferred to someone else.

How to claim

1. Reach us through our contact page with your order number.
2. Send a photo of the damaged tool.
3. Pay the $20 shipping and handling fee for each replacement wrench.
4. We ship your replacement.

The fine print

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country. The Lifetime Warranty is in addition to the 60-day money-back guarantee and does not replace it.
